On release day we will run an auto checkout spot from one of the following sites, Foot Locker, Champs, Foot Action or Eastbay. When your pair is successfully checked out you will receive an email immediately stating that your pair has been secured. Sometimes during highly sought after releases the confirmation emails from the sites could take a couple of hours to be sent so please be patient. If you have received an email saying that your pair has been secured your order has successfully been placed. On the rare occasion that we were unable to secure your pair, you will receive a full refund immediately after release is over. Also it is important to keep in mind that on limited releases sites will crash and checkout will be delayed. Sometimes checkout could take an hour or more so again please be patient, once the site is back up orders will start to be placed.
